This non-credit introductory wine course provides a foundational understanding of wine, including basic viticulture and winemaking principles, major grape varieties and key wine regions of the world. Students will learn how to taste and evaluate wine, understand labels and confidently select and discuss wine in both professional and social settings. Must be 21+ to taste wine.
