The Essential Skills for Managers Certificate is a cohort-based leadership development experience designed for new and emerging managers seeking to strengthen their leadership effectiveness. This applied program focuses on the core capabilities required to lead teams successfully in today’s evolving workplace. 

Participants will deepen their skills in coaching, performance conversations, team culture, psychological safety, communication and accountability. The program blends practical frameworks with experiential learning to ensure managers leave equipped to build healthy, high-performing teams.
