Join the Black History Intercollegiate Consortium (BHIC) for its 36th annual celebration of the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. A highlight of the evening is recognizing the recipients of the MLK, Jr. Humanitarian Award presented by each BHIC member institution. A light reception will follow the event.

This event is free and open to the public. 

BHIC is comprised of College of Charleston, Medical University of South Carolina, The Citadel, Trident Technical College and Charleston Southern University, and was established in 1988 to promote harmony among the institutions.
